  • What is your processing time?
    • Our processing time is 1-4 business days, but can increase due to high volume and during sales periods. May change and we will inform our customers if so. Processing times DO NOT include delivery time. 
  • Can I change/ modify or combine my order?
    • Due to complications that changes after the order is placed may do. we DO NOT accept changes for orders! Please review ALL information before placing an order. IF your address is wrong please reach out ASAP, within 5 hours of order confirmation so we may change the address. After an order is shipped we are NOT responsible for the package. 
  • Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
    • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • How can I track my order?
    • Tracking is emailed to the email address used during checkout once your order has shipped. 
  • My order is missing items or is damaged
    • Sorry about any less than quality items! We strive to always create items that you love! Please remember that our products are handmade items and may have slight imperfections  or variations, but we look over each item before we ship orders out. If any items are defective or are missing please let us know within 3 DAYS OF receiving your order (based on delivery date).
  1. Take a photo of ALL items in your order. 
  2. Send the photo to sailorkatt.shop@gmail.com along with your order number.
  3. Write your issue

WE are not responsible for any damages after any order has shipped. 

  • How do you ship my order?
  • All orders are shipped in envelopes or bubble mailers. All shipping is paid shipping we are looking into free shipping.
